Terms of Service

1. Agreement and operator

EveAgents is operated by Bergside LLC, a company registered in Romania at Constantin Titel Petrescu Nr. 7, Timisoara, Timis 300103, Romania. By accessing or using eveagents.dev, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use EveAgents for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Google sign-in

If you choose Google, you authorize Google and Supabase Auth to authenticate you and provide EveAgents with the basic account information described in our Privacy Policy. Google sign-in is used only to create and authenticate your EveAgents account; it does not give EveAgents access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or other Google content.

GitHub sign-in

If you choose GitHub, you authorize GitHub and Supabase Auth to authenticate you and provide EveAgents with the basic account information described in our Privacy Policy. Regular sign-in does not request repository access or authorize EveAgents to access or modify your repositories, organizations, code, issues, or pull requests. GitHub website sign-in is separate from GitHub integrations configured for agents.

Your responsibility

You must be authorized to use the provider account you select. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for activity performed through your EveAgents session. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Revoking a provider authorization may prevent future sign-in but does not automatically delete your EveAgents account; use My Account to delete it.

3. The service

EveAgents provides searchable agent listings, descriptions, source previews, downloadable agent folders, and deployment links. We may add, remove, update, or discontinue content and features. We do not promise that any agent will remain available or work with every framework, model, provider, or environment.

Published source previews are available without an account. Account authentication may still be required for ZIP downloads, account management, API-key creation, deployment-bundle delivery, and other interactive features.

API keys are issued to your account for setup and deployment use. You must keep them confidential, use them only for authorized deployments, and revoke them if they may have been exposed. Rate limits and other technical safeguards apply to every key. You may not share, rotate, or automate keys to evade those safeguards.

4. Agent code and licenses

Each agent may include its own license. That license controls your use, copying, modification, and distribution of the agent files. If a listing and its included license conflict, the included license controls. Your use of third-party packages, APIs, models, and services is also subject to their respective terms.

Agent descriptions and examples are informational. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, and determining the suitability of an agent before using it, especially in production or for sensitive decisions.

Agents are software that may generate output, call third-party tools, access data, communicate with users, modify external systems, or take other automated actions based on your configuration. You choose whether and how to install, configure, authorize, deploy, and operate an agent. You are solely responsible for its credentials, permissions, safeguards, supervision, outputs, actions, costs, and consequences. Bergside LLC does not operate or control agents after you download, copy, modify, integrate, or deploy them and is not responsible for what an agent does or fails to do.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use EveAgents to:

• Break the law, infringe rights, or distribute unlawful content.
• Bypass authentication, access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, scrape excessively, or interfere with the service.
• Upload, distribute, or facilitate malware, credential theft, or unauthorized access.
• Misrepresent affiliation with EveAgents, Bergside LLC, Vercel, or another party.
• Use the service in a way that creates material risk for other users or our infrastructure.

6. Site ownership

The EveAgents name, site design, directory presentation, and original site content are owned by Bergside LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. Agent source files remain subject to their stated licenses.

7. Third-party services

EveAgents relies on services such as GitHub, Google, Supabase, Vercel, and Fathom Analytics. Their own terms and policies govern your direct interactions with them. EveAgents is an independent directory and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Vercel unless expressly stated.

Your use of Google sign-in is also subject to the Google Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Your use of GitHub sign-in is also subject to the GitHub Terms of Service and GitHub General Privacy Statement.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or legal compliance, including for a material breach of these terms. You may stop using EveAgents at any time. You may delete your account directly from the My Account page or contact us if you cannot access that page.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EveAgents and all agents are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We do not warrant that an agent is secure, accurate, complete, compatible, suitable for your purpose, free from harmful behavior, or capable of producing a particular result. You assume all risk arising from selecting, inspecting, downloading, installing, configuring, modifying, integrating, deploying, running, or relying on an agent.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bergside LLC and its owners, personnel, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers will not be liable for any damages, losses, costs, claims, or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive, arising from or related to EveAgents or any agent. This includes an agent's output, action, omission, failure, security vulnerability, unauthorized access, data loss or corruption, service interruption, third-party integration, external-system change, regulatory consequence, or charge incurred through a provider. This exclusion applies regardless of the legal theory and even if we were advised that such harm was possible.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction over Bergside LLC's registered office will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through a reasonable notice on the site or through available account contact information.

Questions or requests that cannot be completed from My Account can be submitted through the Bergside contact page.
